From 10:00 to 11:30, learn how to create a nurturing garden habitat that supports pollinators with Ruth Gonzalez. Did you know that loss of habitat is one of the main reasons for the decline of pollinators? You can help. Planting your little patch of ground or even that pot on your balcony makes a difference for the butterflies, bees, hummingbirds, and more.

She will discuss the basic needs of pollinators, the extra support that native plants bring to the table, and strategies for keeping your garden happy, blooming, and presentable in HOA neighborhoods.

Flowers blooming through the season, bumblebees buzzing about, the flittering of butterflies, and witnessing hummingbirds sipping nectar – what’s not to love? Plant with your heart and soul to reinvigorate your garden – vibrant life and color are the paybacks!

One garden at a time, every little bit of habitat we create makes our world a better place.
